Uveitis Symptoms

Uveitis symptoms are not always the same but usually manifest in one of these ways and may have a sudden onset:

  • Eye redness
  • Eye pain
  • Painless blurred vision
  • Light sensitivity
  • Decreased vision
  • Floaters

These inflammatory symptoms of the eye may signal uveitis disease. Initially it can lead to slightly reduced vision but left untreated, uveitis can severely damage your eyesight and vision.

If you or someone you know is experiencing these or even just a simple “red eye” you should contact our Ophthalmologist or Optometrist immediately to schedule an appointment to be screened for Uveitis.
